They are controlled and tested, what allows to verify their aptitude to the function, their performances and fiability. To guarantee these steps, Hager and Tehalit submit the manufacturing process to verifications of independant organizations, which have delivered ISO 9001 version 2000.
The taking into account of observations of our contractors and partner wholesalers is the heart of our step of continuous improving. This step is global: our products, customer service, actions for information, training and assistance are concerned, as well as our help tools for selling or conception. For Hager Tehalit System, this step is submitted to verifications of AFAQ (Association Française pour l'Assurance Qualité) who delivered ISO 9001 certification version 2000.
